Development of New Filling Station located on the Junction of Carn Rd and the Charlestown Rd Craigavon,
The works at the site consisted of providing a new modern service station which is equipped with hot food & deli areas, the exterior of the site was too included a 3-post re-fuelling canopy along with air & water services. The new layout creates an easy access and egress around the site with the main entrance located on the Carn Rd allowing vehicles to enter and exit along with a secondary exit leading onto the Charlestown Rd to create easy egress for current customers.
The site boundary is compiled with the retaining of existing pedestrian footpaths with new paths being blended into, existing fencing has been retained along the rear of the premises
