Storey and half dwelling located on the outskirts of Portadown, The site is located at a distance of the Knocknamuckley road providing a large scope of privacy, the design of this new build was a modern design with numerous finishes which included white render, Timber, metal seam and cladding stone to blend in with the landscape, large areas of glazing are present within the design to utilise the wonderful views that are available around the site,
Landscaping and finishing around the site consisted of grey stone patio pavers around the house area, driveway tarmac with concrete kerbing creating an easy clean separation between lawn and driveway. Clarman was involved in all stages of this process and are happy to have worked with the creation of this eye catching and modern design.
