The brief was to provide a modern petrol station and supermarket on the busy Antrim Road in Belfast.
Situated on a steep site which falls sharply to the rear, the design proposed was for 3500sq/ft of net retail sales area, split over 2 levels with access to the supermarket from the main forecourt, and additional units served from the lower rear car park area. The main supermarket and forecourt opened in 2017 and is successfully trading today.
